At McKeever Teamwear, we are committed to providing your team with high-quality performance gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached; please note that custom-crested teamwear and personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment or download it from our portal, specifying whether you require a size exchange or a refund.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our distribution center using a tracked postal service to ensure the safe arrival of your team gear.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 7-10 business days.
